Founder and Chairman

Rashid Al Hinai is the Founder and Chairman of Bin Abdan International group ( BAI ). He has obtained his MSc. in Human Resources Management from Cardiff, UK. and has over 22 years experiences in HR and Executive Management in Government and Private Sector in Oman.

Rashid also has a vast experiences in transferring his knowledge and experience to other HR Managers in the region. He is professional HR and admin trainer and he certified by Oxford Academy for Training and Development ( TOT ). He has conducted many training courses and programs in the field of human resources, management, leadership, planing and other related topics for public and private sector and completed several projects related to HR.

Al Hinai believes that HR Consultancy doesn't end with planing & introducing new systems, but staff should be trained well to how to implement the system and evaluate it afterwards.
